Reiki Level 2, known as Okuden or ‘inner teachings’, takes you deeper into your practice and closer to the heart of the tradition.

Building on the foundations of Shoden, it strengthens your ability to sense, direct and hold Ki, and introduces you to the Reiki symbols, mantras and the art of distance healing.

You explore the five elements of the Reiki system more fully, learn breath and energy techniques to generate and guide energy, and discover how to work with energy across distance, space and time. Alongside three Jumon and three Shirushi, you receive Reiju to nourish your continued development.

More than a set of techniques, this level is an invitation to consolidate your practice and to work with greater depth, clarity and trust, for yourself, your loved ones and your clients.
